Rental Terms

We have rent for three days.

Unfortunately, due to the number of cars, we cannot physically supply cars for 1-2 days. Also, if the car is served or returned in the villages of the Chania and Ierapetra regions, the rent period is from five days and on request.

Our insurance includes CDW, FDW, PIA, WUG, FI.

The franchise is zero. We don't take any deposit!

What is included in the insurance:

Glasses, mirrors, wheels (only on asphalt pavement), body and chassis (only on asphalt pavement), personal insurance, third-party insurance in case of collision, insurance against theft and fire.

We do not block any amounts on the card and do not take any cash!

When insurance does not work:

When driving in alcohol or drug intoxication, when crossing a double solid line, when violating the STOP sign, when driving off-road (only asphalt).

Fuel policy:

When receiving a car, the contract will note how much fuel was in the tank. The tenant returns a car with the same quantity.

Loss or breakdown of ignition key:

Fine 150 euros.

Supplement that may be:

The work schedule of our employees is from 7:30 to 22:00. If the delivery or return falls outside working hours, a small surcharge of 15 euros is added. If both the filing and the return fall for this time — 30 euros.

Cancellation Terms:

Any changes or complete cancellation of the reservation must occur 7 days prior to the filing time (168 hours). Otherwise, no prepayment is returned.
